SNFBO is responsible of sealing choice at the only condition that the nature and fluid composition, temperature, pressure, ... have been previously determined.

STORAGE  DIRECTIVES
Because of the sealing ring, fittings must be stored according to the NFT 47-507 Norm.
   - Prevent goods and packing from daylight and high artificial light.
   - Keep the storage at temperature between 5 and 30°C.
   - Storage must not be near a source of heat (light, heater, ...).
   - A special care must be taken on sealings, which are mounted on threaded sides.

ALLOWABLE  WORKING  PRESSURES
The fitting is warranted for any pneumatic application with working pressures up to 20 bars
It can be used with the hereunder hydraulic pressures for steel and stainless steel pipes and with adapted gripping components.

Washers and gripping components (rings) must be compatible with the tube material.

STANDARD  SURFACE  TREATMENTS
FBO uses cationic electropaint coating on steel fittings, because of its high performance against corrosion
and also its uniform thickness on all surfaces including inside the fittings.
Tests are made according to NFX41.002, with salt concentration 5% during 500 hours.
Other protective surface preparations are available on request (zinc phosphation, kanigen treatment ...).
